About us
Impact Data Solutions ("IDS", "we", "us" or "our") is a business based in Ghana that sells and delivers AirtelTigo ("AT") mobile data bundles to customer-nominated AT phone numbers. Throughout these Terms, "you" and "customer" mean the person placing an order or using our website.

Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing our website, selecting a bundle, making a payment, or receiving data through our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Eligibility
To use our service, you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian;
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Ghana; and
- provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order.
Our service
IDS is a reseller of AT data bundles. When you place an order, you select a bundle and provide the AT phone number (the "recipient number") that should receive the data. After your payment is confirmed, we arrange for the data to be credited to that number.
We are an independent business and are not AirtelTigo. Data is delivered over AirtelTigo's network and is subject to AirtelTigo's own coverage, systems, validity rules and terms. We do not control and are not responsible for AirtelTigo's network or services.
Orders and order accuracy
You are solely responsible for entering the correct recipient number and selecting the correct bundle. Data is delivered to the number you provide. Once data has been delivered to that number, the order is complete and cannot be reversed, even if you entered the wrong number.
Please double-check the recipient number before confirming payment. We are unable to recover or refund data that has been delivered to a number you entered incorrectly.
Each order is confirmed with a unique reference. We may decline, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, or a technical or pricing error.
Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are payable in full before delivery.
- Payment is made by Mobile Money (including MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AT Money) through our third-party payment partner. To authorise a payment, you may be asked to verify the paying number with a one-time password (OTP) and to approve a charge prompt on your phone.
- You confirm that you are authorised to use the Mobile Money account from which payment is made.
- Prices, fees and the bundles on offer may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you confirm that order. A small service fee may be included in the total you pay.
We are not responsible for charges, limits or failures imposed by your Mobile Money provider or by the payment partner.
Delivery and fulfilment
We aim to deliver data within minutes of confirmed payment. However, delivery times are estimates only and depend on AirtelTigo's systems and network availability. Delays or temporary failures may occur outside our control.
Where a bundle is described as having "no expiry", this reflects the bundle terms made available to us by AirtelTigo at the time of sale and is subject to AirtelTigo's rules, which may change.
Refunds and cancellations
Because data bundles are delivered electronically and consumed immediately, our refund policy is as follows:
- Successfully delivered orders are non-refundable. Once data has been credited to the recipient number, the order is final.
- Wrong number entered by you: we cannot refund or recover data delivered to an incorrect number that you provided.
- Payment taken but data not delivered: if your payment was successfully charged but the data was not delivered, we will re-attempt delivery or, where delivery is not possible, refund the amount paid to the Mobile Money account used.
- Duplicate or failed charges: amounts charged in error or for failed transactions will be refunded.
To request assistance with an order, contact us with your order reference as soon as possible. Approved refunds are processed to the original Mobile Money number and may take several business days depending on the providers involved.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
- use payment details or Mobile Money accounts that you are not authorised to use, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks or reversals;
- resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the service without our written consent;
- attempt to disrupt, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts; or
- use automated means to place orders in a way that interferes with the service.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms or who we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud or abuse.
Third-party services
Our service relies on third parties, including AirtelTigo (data delivery), our payment and SMS partner, and Mobile Money providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages or terms of these third parties.
Intellectual property
The IDS name, logo, website content, design and underlying software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute them without our prior written permission. Third-party names and logos (such as AirtelTigo, MTN, Telecel and AT) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Disclaimers
Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the service, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that data delivery will always succeed. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the laws of Ghana.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDS, its owners and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDS and its owners and staff from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute, although we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
